Internet and Floor Sales Associate

Grand Subaru has immediate openings for Internet and Floor Sales! The Largest Volume Subaru Store in Illinois is looking for a qualified Car Sales Professional, with CLOSING skills and an energetic personality!

We are a high-volume dealership that offers a large number of leads to work with and the opportunity to be a top earner. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary plus commission. We set you up for success! Prior experience in auto sales is required.

Experience & Requirements
Excellent communication and people skills-written, phone and in person
Handling Internet Sales Leads from A-Z
Responding to customer inquiries relating to vehicles, products, and services via the internet
Internet savvy and strong computer proficiency
Assisting gusts in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
Explain fully product performance, application, benefits and offer test drives to all prospects
Close sales by overcoming objections and building value in our dealership products, services and brand
Introduce guests to dealership operations, including Service and Parts Departments
Guide guests through the sales experience, explain warranties provisions and financing in accordance with established dealership policies
Maintain and achieve guest satisfaction
Maintain High Ethical Standards in all actions
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Maintain drive to succeed
Highly organized and deadline driven
Excellent follow up skills

Equity Mining Associate

Position Overview

The Equity Mining Sales Associate is focused and specifically trained for driving incremental sales and acquiring additional inventory for our dealership by actively prospecting our current sales and service databases, as well as identifying conquest customers in our service drives. The Associate will maximize utilization of the Subaru Care Connect, a Subaru mining software, to increase incremental sales and customer retention, while achieving target unit goals and delighting every customer along the way. Lastly, the Associate will align with the service department to achieve these goals without disrupting our service operations or the customer experience.

The Equity Mining Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you'll offer to buy a customer's vehicle, and when appropriate help select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal.

Our Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

What are the requirements?
