Full-time, Base +Commission + MONTHLY BONUS

#1 Subaru Dealer in the Midwest is growing and now seeking to employ Business Development Representatives who will focus on increasing the sales traffic of the Sales and Internet Department by responding to emails, making outbound sales calls, such as Internet Lead Responses, Unsold Internet Showroom Traffic and follow-up calls which produce specific appointments for the Sales and Service Departments. The Representative will act as the communications link between the client and the dealership. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our successful team as an appointment specialist and sales development coordinator.

Experience Desired: (No automotive experience required, will train)
Vehicle Sales and Customer Service
Internet Sales and Service
Previous experience as a BDC Representative/automotive dealer
VIN Solutions Software experience

Responsibilities and Requirements
Monitor and respond to designated internet leads, phone calls, etc.
Make outbound sales calls
Set appointments
Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
Present and demonstrate inventory
Receive credit applications
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit standards
Track individual/self performance
Compensation is based on experience and performance
