This year, Subaru of America offered the retailer community an optional opportunity to select up to two charities, local to their community, to join the four national charities in the "Share the Love" event. We at Grand Subaru decided to participate in this option. We have chosen the Chicagoland chapter of AUTISM SPEAKS whose office is located in Des Plaines as our local partner. At Autism Speaks, our goal is to change the future for all who struggle with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  We are dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments and cure for Autism; to raising public awareness about autism and its effects on individuals, families and society; and to bringing hope to all who deal with the hardships of the disorder.  Autism is a neurological disorder that affects 1 in 68 children in the United States.  More children are diagnosed with autism than with AIDS, pediatric cancer and juvenile diabetes combined.

·       Engages more than 500,000 people in Walks for Autism Speaks
